  • Uploaded resume and essay
  • Official copy of your transcript from your university
  • At least one letter of recommendation from a professor or former employer
  • $30 application fee

If applying for a scholarship, you will also need to send:

  • Uploaded scholarship essay
  • SAR form and financial aid award letter/parents' tax return if you do not receive financial aid
