Uploaded resume and essay
Official copy of your transcript from your university
At least one letter of recommendation from a professor or former employer
$30 application fee

If applying for a scholarship, you will also need to send:

Uploaded scholarship essay
SAR form and financial aid award letter/parents' tax return if you do not receive financial aid
